Sales

As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you'll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy-to-use solutions to deliver the performance they need.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional VP, Sales (Enterprise), is responsible for managing, coaching, teaching and training a team of Enterprise market focused sales directors.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to deal, a proven track record in employee development, and an extensive background in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate and establish and execute a sales goal for specified region

Managing an 3-5 sales director team in order to maximize sales revenue

Review regional expenses and stay within budget

Counsel with each sales director on their monthly sales objectives and weekly activity goals as well as any action plans if needed.

Report weekly the team's sales results for the month and for the quarter.

Conduct one on one weekly with each sales director with agenda

Regularly review team performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target at the Director and Account Executive level

Recruiting, hiring and training sales director team, staff to required headcount levels

Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related and have an established chain of command for all escalations.

Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, and quality.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in sales management.

2-3 years of experience in all aspects of the Enterprise Account Payroll space.

Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force

Proven experience with enterprise account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions as well as large, complex organizations.

Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment.

Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams

Current RVP written endorsement

Minimum of 12 months in current role

Track record of quota attainment

Preferred Qualifications

This role can be performed from any office in the US.
The pay range for this position is $134,610 - $249,990 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
