Regional Visual Merchandising Director - Pacific NorthwestAs Visual Merchandising Director, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the Visual Merchandising implementation on all product categories.
You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience across all stores in the Pacific Northwest region. You will be a key partner for the Corporate Visual Merchandising Director in your Regions and an ambassador for the Visual Merchandising department in the wider Zone community.
This position will be based, on-site, out of our Louis Vuitton San Francisco or Valley Fair locations and will require frequent travel throughout the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest region.
ProfileWindow and Interior Merchandising Implementation Coordinate with the Corporate office and local suppliers for the window installation, and ensure Regional VM Managers are aware of all components.Ensure the window product changes for every rotation are accurate and in line with the window guidelines by reviewing photos from each installation.Oversee the preparation and implementation of store zoning and product rotations by Regional VM Managers and Store VM teams.Share qualitative and photographic feedback with each Regional VM Manager after each rotation and in turn share this work with the Corporate Visual Merchandising team.Interact with the Regional Visual Merchandising Managers, Team Leads, and Expert Advisors to make sure key products are selected and well displayed.Visit competitors and report best practices.Be the ambassador and role model across stores for visual merchandising, demonstrating an active genuine passion in leadership and strong enthusiasm.Master knowledge of all product categories.Act as a proactive force in developing the business, leveraging visual merchandising as a way to drive sales.Work closely with Regional Merchandisers to ensure key bets, business drivers, and sell-through targets are considered and pushed in VM.Interactions with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events Planning and execution of all Out of Network Events.Project Manage VM Activations for Zone events in partnership with Corporate VM Director.Oversee all aspects of the work of Regional Visual Merchandising Managers.Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising concepts for events in store.Team Management and Development Identifying employees with visual merchandising strengths within the regions.Train and facilitate orientation of new Regional Visual Merchandising Managers.Set visual expectations and proactively manage performance against expectations.Coach, train, motivate, and develop visual team members to the best of their abilities to support strong succession planning.Communicate corporate category directives to the visual team.The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD$160,000 - $180,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
