Elim Registered Behavior Technician (Pathways Autism program)

Be the good in this world by helping others while you help yourself.
As a RBT at Elim, you'll assist students on the autism spectrum achieve more, learn more, and grow.
You'll help them reach educational goals and you'll implement individual educational plans under the guidance of the BCBA.
You'll work with students to create a positive, safe, and productive learning environment.
You'll implement behavior management techniques as instructed by the behavior therapist.

As a RBT, you'll be required to:
Be responsible for the direct implementation behavior analytic services including skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the RBT™ supervisor Integrate knowledge and ability to teach students using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis It's fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives.
To help our students, you will be provided training and instruction on behavior management, communication techniques and assistive technology.

Hours:

Monday -Friday, 8:00 - 3:30

Includes 6 week ESY session

Wages & Benefits: Competitive starting pay of $26.10/hr for hours worked Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Plan, Flex Spending, Life Insurance, Retirement plan (with match Education, Licenses & Certifications: Paraprofessional, Substitute Teaching or PEL license is required.
