Unlike many corporate ABA providers, your voice, ideas, and passion, are welcomed to grow and evolve Keystone.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) primary role is to provide continuous supervision applying the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in accordance with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) programming and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) while working 1:1 with students. Keystone emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Additionally, RBT's manage episodes of behavior and will be trained in the proper and appropriate use of Safety-Care for De-escalation and Physical Management. Ability to handle levels of stress associated with behavioral episodes while following through with the principals of ABA and maintaining a neutral demeanor is necessary in this field.Finally, RBT's work with the BCBA to collect, monitor, and input data from all programming and interventions.
