Unlike many corporate ABA providers, your voice, ideas, and passion, are welcomed to grow and evolve Keystone.Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT) primary role is to provide continuous supervision applying the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in accordance with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) programming and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) while working 1:1 with students. Keystone emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Additionally, RBT's manage episodes of behavior and will be trained in the proper and appropriate use of Safety-Care for De-escalation and Physical Management. Ability to handle levels of stress associated with behavioral episodes while following through with the principals of ABA and maintaining a neutral demeanor is necessary in this field.Finally, RBT's work with the BCBA to collect, monitor, and input data from all programming and interventions. RBT's will report and evaluate progress with BCBA to guarantee best use of therapy time with each of our students.The Ideal candidate possesses:The ability to multi-taskHigh levels of patiencePassion to make a remarkable change in the lives of those living with special needsPassion and motivation to learn and apply new skillsQualifications and Education RequirementsMust have a High School Diploma or higher educational degreeMust be minimum of 21 years of ageVerbal, written, and interpersonal skills are vital to the organizations culture of team work, staff development, quality of services, and family engagementFlexibility to work in Home or in CenterPhysical QualificationsAble stand, kneel, squat, walk, run, jump and engage with students for extended periods of timeAble to lift/support 75 lbsAble to implement all Safety-Care procedures safelyLeadership ResponsibilitiesWork with a team that promotes camaraderie, compassion, and learningEngage families with compassion and build a rapport to embrace parent training to be utilized throughout their child's dayWork closely with the clinical team including development of skills while working directly with clientsEmbrace the therapeutic philosophy and organizations culture of compassion and self-developmentPreferred SkillsIntermediate knowledge of Office Suite (Primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)Previous experience using Catalyst by Datafinch Technologies1 or more years' experience applying ABACPR/First Aid CertifiedExcellent multi-taskerProven ability to work under pressureExperience in behavioral assessment, treatment, and report writingOther RequirementsMust pass a national and local background checkValid Colorado driver's licensePass a medical physicalWillingness to adjust to dress code requests in order to meet safety needs of studentPay:Salary: $19-$23/hourBenefits:Competitive Salary commensurate with experience levelMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance options48 Hours of PTO annually7 paid holidays401k and company matchingProfessional growth & promotional opportunitiesAdditional Notes:The ideal candidate is a team player that meets the above requirements with a passion for improving the lives of those affected by autism.PI250655229
