Up to $1,000 sign-on Bonus for experienced RBTs ABA Connect is seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Technician to join our team.
As a Behavioral Technician, you will be working with children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, supporting them in developing and applying appropriate behaviors and skills.
You will receive direction from the BCBA to implement appropriate changes for our client.

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
Collaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, behavior technicians, and caregivers.
Provide support and guidance to clients and their families under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure client safety and privacy.
Required license or certification: Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
CPR/BLS certification is required within first two weeks of hire.
Valid drivers license and current car insurance on the vehicle.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and their families.
Strong observational and data collection skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English for both verbal and written communication.
