We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will be responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities and a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Responsibilities: MUST HAVE RBT CERTIFICATION * Implement individualized behavior plans under the direction of a BCBA * Provide one on one in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy * Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan and report progress * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members * Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards Qualifications: * Access to reliable transportation * Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to work flexible, full and part-time schedules * Experience working with children with ASD, preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Must pass a background check If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and are looking for a rewarding career, please apply today!
