Summary/Function We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join a dynamic and high-producing team in our Butte, MT office. This team-critical role requires outstanding attention to detail, the ability to balance multiple requests, outstanding client service skills, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality with respect to client, FA, branch and company information.
Qualifications •Bachelor's degree preferred.
•Successful completion of the (SIE) Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA General Securities Representative (Series 7) Exam and Uniform Securities State Law Exam (Series 66 [or Series 63 & 65]) or ability to obtain licensing is required.
•At least two years previous experience with qualified retirement plans, as a Registered Client Associate or similar role preferred.
•Solid technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Experience with Envestnet/ERS investment reporting software preferred.
•Proven ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
•Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance, work overtime and minimal travel as needed.
Primary Duties: •Deliver high-quality, efficient service to clients through daily management of assigned retirement plan and wealth management clients.
•Oversee client projects such as qualified plan recordkeeper RFPs, plan changes (recordkeeper, fund, and plan design), and due diligence projects.
•Growing knowledge of qualified retirement plans, investments, recordkeepers and plan design.
•Assist Financial Advisor with retirement plan reviews & investment research for current and prospective clients.
•Ability and willingness to conduct group education presentations.
•Handle meeting follow-ups, including meeting minutes, fund changes, recordkeeper management, and plan administration items.
•Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
•Manage clients and projects with minimal oversight, identifying and securing necessary resources.
•Review meeting materials for accuracy.
•Maintain client CRM records.
•Strong organization skills. Attention to detail and accuracy including the ability to perform semi-advanced math.
•Proven ability to handle competing tasks and manage time efficiently and effectively.
•Provide exceptionally professional and courteous customer service supporting client satisfaction including effectively articulating certain requirements in a regulatory environment.
•Adherence to all Branch, Firm and Compliance policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
•Review, maintain and process account documents and information - Inform FA of meaningful information and activities related to client accounts and transactions including suspicious activity.
•Assist Financial Advisor in developing and implementing periodic client mailings, communications and events.
•Provide administrative support, including but not limited to phone, correspondence, appointments, filing and other projects as assigned by the FA and/or Branch Manager.
•Other projects and duties as assigned!
