Salary: £43,000 per annum plus benefits.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, on-call rota, additional hours to meet service requirements.
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK driving license is essential.

Learning Disabilities and Autism Behaviours that Challenge Positive Behaviour Support Trauma Related Support About You We are looking for an extraordinary positive behaviour service manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join us as a PBS Registered Manager for our homes in Birchington.
As a PBS Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and running efficient supported living services in Kent, helping people to achieve an aspiring life. You will be ensuring that the services meet the values of the organisation, and these are at the heart of everything we do. You will need to demonstrate leadership values such as resilience, impact, authentic, communication skills, driving to outstanding and to promote independence by learning new skills.
You will manage those homes and ensure that they are creative and find bold ways to achieve social inclusion and involvement for the people we support.

You will do whatever is required to help and encourage the people you support to take control of their own lives. You will support others to be brave and unlock their own talents and that of others, creating a truly person-centred culture. You will do what is right to deliver a safe, compliant service that fully engages and trains employees who want to push the boundaries to achieve extraordinary outcomes. Knowledgeable of National policy and best practice for services supporting people with learning disabilities and autism Lead on the recruitment of support teams. A deep understanding of regulatory standards for supported living Up to date knowledge of Health and safety legislation PBS background and experience essential You will have amazing communication skills that inspire and motivate those around you. Support to develop new single person services as part of an MDT approach on the PBS framework. Ensure that transition plans are in place. You will work closely with the PBS consultant to ensure that all support is tailored to the person and that support staff are appropriately trained, supported, and coached. To be considered for the role of the PBS Registered Manager, we are looking for an experienced individual within a managerial role. You will need to have an NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards and have a background and/or qualification in PBS or a willingness to learn and a full UK driving license.
