Job Title: School RN or LVN Location: Augusta, GA Position Type: Full-Time Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated School RN or LVN for a full-time position near Augusta, GA The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive health services to students, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their educational experience. This role involves direct care, health education, and collaboration with educators and parents. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments. Develop and implement individualized health care plans (IHPs) for students with specific health needs. Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, ensuring students' safety and readiness to learn. Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to support students' health and educational goals. Conduct health screenings and immunization monitoring in compliance with state and local regulations. Maintain accurate and confidential student health records. Provide health education and counseling to students and staff on various health topics. Respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications: Current GA RN or LVN license. Experience working in a school setting or with children and adolescents is preferred. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
