We believe we can make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.Registered Nurse Admissions RN Qualifications:1 year of prior skilled nursing experience is required.Be able to support the interdisciplinary team by providing education, assessment documentation, and initial contact to patients and families being admitted to Hospice or Palliative Care.An active unencumbered state RN license.Current driver's license, reliable transportation. and auto liability coverage.CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, and a copy of an updated physical.Hospice or Home Health experience is required.Registered Nurse Admissions RN Schedule & Benefits:Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00pm - 9:30pmNo mandatory on-call required.Be part of a team willing to grow, listen, be heard, and be challenged.Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO.Set the industry bar for the standard of care.Continuing Education Reimbursement.Ability to grow into various roles inside our team and organization.Competitive industry pay.
