Guide them through advance care planning, grief, and bereavement, helping them find solace during their journey.*Requirements*:* Hold a current, unrestricted Illinois state RN license.* Bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse.* Demonstrate willingness to travel within the branch/office coverage area (up to 50%).* Possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
