Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float @ Marshfield Medical Center - Rice Lake

Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: ICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour (15:00 - 03:30) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: Med/Surg & ICU skills required.
Minimum 2 years experience required with exceptions depending on the unit.
License: Valid WI License required at submission Certifications: - BLS- ACLS- PALS Must-Have: - Ability to read Remote Telemetry Strips- Compliance with vaccination policy Job Description: - Work in a blended Med/Surg and ICU unit.- May be assigned shifts in either ICU or Med/Surg.- Manage 1:4 or 1:5 Med/Surg patients, and 1:2 ICU patients.- Commitment to work every third weekend, and at least one holiday within the contract.- No on-call requirement.- Minimal floating required; if needed, no patient assignment will be given, just to assist within scope.- Orientation includes 8 hours of modules, which are recorded via Kronos.- Complete compliance and lab requirements promptly after signing.- Provide two supervisor references.
