We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum. What will you do in this role: Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement Job Requirements: 2years'of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting BSN is preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateOther-Fingerprint RequiredRegistered NurseAssociate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
