Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (19:30 - 08:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1.5 years of experience required License: Valid State License required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC Must-Have: Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Job Description: - Provide high-quality care to patients in a Trauma Level 1, Teaching Hospital setting.- Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5.- Work every other weekend and every other holiday as required.- Be open to manager interviews if deemed necessary.- Utilize Cerner Sorian 1st generation for charting.- Wear Royal Blue scrub color for the duration of the assignment.- Attend 16 hours of orientation.- Floating between units is not required.- On-call duty is not required.- Block scheduling is not accommodated.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care and safety.
