BSN preferred.License/Certification Requirements:California State RN License requiredACLS and PALS Certificates by ARC or AHA are required for certain units and for cross training consideration. (cross- training is based on organizational staffing needs)RN III: Specialty certification by the ANCC is required.  CCRN, CEN and PCCN specialty certificates are high preferred. (external applicants may obtain within 1 year of hire)Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 years recent RN experience in specialty.
