Position Details: Registered Nurse - Critical Access/Acute Care (Multi Setting)

Shifts: Rotating Nights/Days (6 weeks each) 3, 12 hour shifts.
7-7:30
Experience Required: Open to New Grads, but rate will reflect experience.
Incentives: Some sign on bonuses and incentives depending on certifications + experience.

EMR: Cerner
Patient ratio: 1-5
On Call Requirements: Census based
Scrubs: No specific color required
Float: Will be required (small facility)
Additional Notes: Orientation: 12 weeks (For New Grad, could be longer depending) will start in MedSurg, Swingbed, Behavioral then eventually be cross trained into ICU, Pediatrics, etc.
Selling Points on Area: Right on the Yellowstone River, people do a lot of Kayaking, Fishing, etc.
Small community, very quiet.
Right Near Makoshika State Park where a lot of people do hiking.
