Registered Nurse

What You'll Do
Patient Assessments - Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and social needs.Care Planning - Work with patients, caregivers, and primary medical staff to develop and adjust personalized care plans.Direct Care - Handle wound care, infusion therapy, medication administration, and health education.Care Coordination - Oversee LPNs and HHAs to ensure smooth, quality care.Documentation & Reporting - Keep clear, detailed records and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. What You'll Need
Active NYS RN License and a valid NYS Driver's License.1+ year of recent experience in geriatric care (home care experience is a plus). What You'll Get
