Registered Nurse

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Philadelphia.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
Oversee the provision of care during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
Serve as a resource to direct care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients.
Collaborate with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement staff education programs, performance improvement initiatives, and other activities to enhance patient care.
Requirements Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Inpatient experience is strongly preferred.
