Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Job Specialty: MED/SURG/TELE Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid RN license Certifications: Relevant certifications for MED/SURG/TELE Must-Have: - Proficiency in medical/surgical and telemetry nursing- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability to different clinical settings and situations Job Description: - Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.- Monitor and interpret vital signs and telemetry patterns.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in the healthcare records.- Support and adhere to hospital policies, goals, and standards of care.
