License: California License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH Must-Have: - 2 years of acute care experience- Ability to float to MedSurg/Tele as needed- Block or self-scheduling- Ability to work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period- Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)- EPIC documentation system proficiency- Previous Perm staff are not allowed Job Description: - Provide nursing care to patients in the Neurosciences and Orthopedics units.- Accept floating assignments as needed within the hospital based on census.- Document patient care and treatment using the EPIC system.- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.- Comply with all required protocols and procedures.- Maintain professional development and stay current with best practices in nursing.
