Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse for Observation Unit 2 at our Naples location, you will independently plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in patient care situations using standards of care, policy, and procedure. You'll provide direct nursing care to patients, assume teaching and leadership responsibilities, and participate in shared decision making and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
All new to practice RNs will be placed into the RN Residency Program.
Intermediate computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
