Registered Nurse Or Licensed Practical Nurse - Walk-In Clinic

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) for our Bolivar Walk-In Clinic!Our clinic is designed to get you the quality care you need quickly. If you have a minor injury or illness, just walk in to our clinic, no appointment necessary. Our qualified medical staff treats patients ages 3 months and older.The clinic is staffed by a physician, licensed nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and offers X-ray and laboratory services on site. The CMH Walk-In Clinic is open daily from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.A typical day will include: assisting patients to exam room, practicing nursing skills under a provider, coordinating patient care, managing quality controls, maintaining inventory, files and completing forms appropriately, triage. Receives and handles patients' medical related telephone calls, relaying information to patients/ others as directed by provider, documenting in the medical record information relayed. Supports front office when needed, and floats to other clinics or positions as needed, assists in lab and x-ray duties, following scribe duties. Immunization schedule management Assures previous medical information relating to visit is present at time of appointment.
