About the Opportunity
Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Philadelphia location.
Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Haven Behavioral Healthcare, you will provide direct patient care and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, specialty behavioral health services.
You will serve as a resource to direct care staff and coordinate on-site response to incidents and errors.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies.
Oversee the provision of care during assigned shifts and ensure that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
Serve as a resource to direct care staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events.
Requirements
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
Graduate of an accredited RN program.
Inpatient experience strongly preferred.
