Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.ResponsibilitiesServe as a clinical, quality, evidence-based practice and patient safety expert.
Develop caregivers in specific clinical areas in collaboration with clinical leaders.
Drive nursing quality indicators and evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
* Partner with clinical leaders to serve as a resource and supports caregivers to improve outcomes.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve quality and safety outcomes.
* Collaborate with clinical leaders and clinical professional development in identifying gaps anddeveloping plans to improve professional growth, skills and competencies.
* Support clinical leaders in aggregating and interpreting various quality/patient safety data with a focus on using data to drive improved care outcomes and nursing practice.
* Guide the implementation of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including the revision of order sets and practice guidelines at the unit or division level.
* Aide in the analysis of research outcomes and devise strategies for their incorporation intoevidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
