Registered Nurse, Pre/Post Op Sign On Bonus

Summary Sign on bonus eligible $10K + differentials/call pay on top of base rate (when applicable)!RN Pre/Post Op - lots of starting IVs on the pre op side. Pre and post op position with ability to train in OR as well. 17 staff members on Surgery Team. Career RNs start and retire after 30-45 years. Excellent group of RNs and patients love the team because they excel in the patient experience. Very engaged group of peopleRequirements: must have some type of surgery experience like pre and/or post op. Scrub or circulate background is great too. Must have a positive attitude due to extensive patient interactionSchedule: FT day shift (6:30am-3:10pm Mon-Fri). No scheduled weekends or holidays Call: approximately 7 days a month. One Sat and Sun weekend. If on call during the weekend you won't be on Mon. Only get called in for c-sections

Qualifications Education
Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
Bachelor's of science in nursing is preferred.
Experience
Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.
Speciality certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) are preferred.
