The most common diagnoses are pulmonary edema, respiratory failure, GI hemorrhage, heart failure, sepsis, stroke, respiratory system diagnosis with chronic ventilator support, and renal failure. Join our dynamic team on the Progressive Care Unit using the innovative Team-Based Acuity Adaptable Model (TBAAM). Our dedicated team includes skilled nurses, patient care assistants, a unit secretary, an RN case manager, a geographically placed physician, a pharmacist, and a dietician.Experience the synergy of interdisciplinary rounding, a cornerstone of our communication strategy, fostering collaboration between nursing, patients, and their families.
