This RN will function on temporary assignments in a branch where there is a vacant position, increase in census or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. The temporary assignment would typically last 13 -26 weeks, mainly in the greater Houston area but also in outlying locations where overnight travel is required. Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's familyManage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice careCase manages all assigned patient clinical records.
