As a Registered Nurse Rehabilitation, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced unit that caters to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients. Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.

Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the care being provided.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
