We have independent living, assisted living, healthcare, and rehab units all under one roof.Registered Nurse (RN) Scope of Responsibility:To ensure that each resident receives quality care.To supervise nursing department personnel on assigned shifts and to assist with the delivery of excellent, loving care to all our residents. To monitor nursing department personnel in the performance of their duties. To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs. To assist in the initial and ongoing training of nursing aid staff. To work as a team to meet the needs of our residents and their family members in excellent customer service.Promote the mission, vision, and values of Grace VillageAssist with the delivery of excellent loving care to all our residents by observing and assessing individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social, and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needsMaintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and recordsObserve and assess residents needs, notify physicians when necessary. Receive telephone orders, note correctly, and follow through with all new orders. Transcribe all physicians orders accurately.Make assignments of residents, duties and breaks for nursing staff.Supervise all nursing personnel on shift monitoring job duties, practices, procedures, behavior, and dress code of nursing staff. Also counseling, disciplining staff when necessary according to the facilities employee manual.Supervise or administer medications and treatments as ordered. Chart all medications and treatments and PRN results. Sign all medication and treatment sheets. Order medications/treatments as ordered and check them off when they arrive.Observe and assess residents needs, notify physician when necessary (i.e. nursing concerns, change in condition, significant weight change, any accidents or incidents involving residents, questions about any medication or treatment). Receive telephone orders, note correctly, and follow through with all new orders.Transcribe all physicians orders correctly. Passion for caring for the elderly. Experience in Long-Term Care is a plus!Physical Demands: stand/walk/communicate, hear, see, and use of fingers/hands constantly; sit, lift, carry objects, and pushing/pulling occasionally.Registered Nurse (RN) Benefits:Base pay from $36-$41 per hour.Pay based on experience at $0.25/hour per year up to a maximum of $5.00/hour.2nd Shift Diff of $1.50/hour and 3rd Shift Diff of $1.00/hour and Weekend Diff of $1.00 on Saturdays and Sundays, pick up bonuses may apply.Refer a friend after 90 days and receive a bonus up to $600 when they stay 90 days, conditions apply.Monthly employee celebrations and recognition.Cigna PPO health insurance that begins the 1stof the month following 30 days of employmentHSA Account with employer matching contribution for single ($30) and family ($50) coverages per pay periodDental, vision, life insurance (Begins 1st of the month following 30 days of employment)Company matched 401(k) up to 4% of wages with no vesting schedule, eligible 1st of month following 90 days of employmentPTO accrued when you work 40 hours in a 2-week pay periodPaid holidays for full-time employees, part-time employees receive holiday pay if they work the holidayDevelopmental training/Tuition reimbursementDiscounted employee meals on siteChristmas Club Savings AccountAll shifts are available for Registered Nurse (RN).
