In order to set you up for success, you need the basics of An Associate's Degree and RN (FL) certified are required. 1+ years of critical care experience required Current BLS and PALS certification from the American Heart Association. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. INDNUR Experience Required 3 year(s): Clinical experience as a Staff Nurse in a comparable area. A min. of 500 hours of Cardiovascular/Cath Lab experience in hospital that preforms open heart surgery (level 2).
