Registered Nurse (Rn) Cornwall Ed

Inova Cornwall Campus - Freestanding Emergency Department - Seeking an experienced ED Nurse - Full Time - 3-12s; night shift (7 PM- 7 AM); EO Weekend requirement. This role is eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

35-50 patients a day, with approximately 20% pediatric patients
4-5:1 patient to nurse ratio
Ventilator and ABG trained nursing staff

As an Inova Nurse you will:
Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes.
Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Job Requirements:
Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required.
Proficient in English.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others. Proficient computer skills required.
