Mass General Brigham is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department for a nursing job in Everett, Massachusetts. The pay information provided offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications, but it does not encompass all the elements that contribute to your total compensation package. - Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license - Must have at least 1 year of med/surg/tele experience, ER experience is preferred. - Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care - Perform patient assessments and treatments according to policy/procedure - Discharge teaching - Update patient records - Follow guidelines and polices established by MGH - Communicate with members of the healthcare team Massachusetts General Hospital has opportunities available for experienced Inpatient Nurses to care for patients who are boarding in the Emergency Department (ED) while they await an inpatient bed. The ideal candidate will be patient and family focused, have strong clinical knowledge, enjoy collaboration and be comfortable in the dynamic environment of a Level 1 trauma center.
