Education Qualifications: Educational Requirements: BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing Experience Requirements: Prior ICU and/or ED RN experience required Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year of hire and only required to obtain once.
