Functions as the hospital administrative representative in absence of management. Represents administration when promoting a collaborative approach to problem resolutions. Works through and with the Directors and other administrators for problem-solving efforts. Serves as a role model for staff in support of quality patient care and guest relations. Obtains and provides resources and services needed to care for the hospital patients.JOB REQUIREMENTS1. Current Ohio licensure as a Registered Nurse2. Associate's degree/diploma in Nursing3. 3-5 years' nursing experience preferred4. Bachelor's degree preferred5. ACLS required within 2 years of employment6.
