Available positions include Full Time, Part Time, or PRN. Shift: Night Shift with both 8 and 12-hour options available. Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and the larger multi-disciplinary health care team, the LPN will employ nursing principles to provide effective care to residents and their families, aiming to restore and maintain each individual s maximum mental and physical potential. To qualify for this position, you will need: A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio. Certification in CPR; long-term care experience is preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
