Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and the larger multi-disciplinary health care team, the LPN will employ nursing principles to provide effective care to residents and their families, aiming to restore and maintain each individual s maximum mental and physical potential. To qualify for this position, you will need: A current Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Ohio. Certification in CPR; long-term care experience is preferred.
