Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living/Senior Living
Overview: Seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join our assisted living/senior living facility. You'll play a crucial role in promoting residents' health, safety, and well-being in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Assess residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and communicate with healthcare providers.
* Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and address resident needs.
* Educate residents and families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
* Participate in resident care conferences and continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
* RN license in good standing.
* Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or long-term care.
* Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* CPR certification preferred.
