About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients.
You'll work in a variety of healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes, assessing patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and administering medications.
Key Responsibilities
• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical and emotional status, identifying any changes in condition and reporting findings to physicians.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications accurately and safely, following prescribed dosages and protocols.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical diagnoses.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and patients to provide comprehensive care.
• Education: Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care measures.
Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
