Key responsibilities include: Providing safe and therapeutic care from admission to discharge in collaboration with families, physicians, and a multi-disciplinary team.
Utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care and support each resident s maximum physical and mental capabilities.
Serving as a clinical role model and resource for the care team.
What You ll Bring Current RN license in Ohio.
CPR certification (long-term care experience is a plus!).
