IV Therapy RNs don't carry a patient
load and float to all units in the hospitalExcellent teamwork and collaborationLow associate turnover Will serve as the sole IV Nurse at
MedStar Harbor Hospital with the possibility of adding another IV Nurse in the
futureSchedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 10a – 6:30p, no weekends
or overnights required
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.2 years RN experience required; 2-3
years of RN experience with IV Therapy/Vascular Access skills strongly
preferred, particularly experience with PICC lines, midlines, peripheral lines,
ultrasound-guided IVs, wound care, etc.Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
ACLS strongly preferred.MedStar Health Nursing
