St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery for a nursing job in Nampa, Idaho. The uniqueness of the Nampa Family Birth Center offers 14 LDRP beds, 7 paired with NICU, 2 OR's and 4 Triage rooms, averaging 100 deliveries per month. In addition, our unit offers 8 NICU suites. We have highly trained and committed staff and providers in this unit. We focus on providing excellent patient centered care, achieved through education, expertise, and teamwork in a safe and positive environment of our patients, their families and ourselves.   SIGN ON AND RELOCATION ELIGIBLE FOR NEW HIRES     What you can expect from this role: Take a Virtual Tour HERE Full-time, night shift (3 X 12's) - shift differential pay offered 7.5% Charge pay available  40 hours more of PTO for night shift Certification pay for national certification (i.e. RNC-OB) Offering a LDRP/unique unit experience Continued education/certification opportunities Five-time Magnet Designation for Nursing Excellence SLHS named one the best hospitals for maternity care Qualifications Education: Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN) This Registered Nurse position is for nurses with 1+ years of RN experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
