Registered Nurse (Rn) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Ms/T) Job

RN WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS' RECENT MED/SURG/TELE WITH RECENT EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED PLUS BLS (AHA) and NIHSS (NIH) plus basic dysrhythmia skills/knowledge. RECENT EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED with comfort level to TEST OUT of Epic during orientation; PCU experience preferred in history. MUST BE WILLING to float to other med/surg and non-med/surg units as needed.
