Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse? This company is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RN) to join their dynamic team. As an ER RN, you will play a critical role in providing immediate, life-saving care to patients experiencing acute health issues in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Triage patients based on severity of their condition, providing timely and appropriate care.
* Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and monitor patient outcomes.
* Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and minor surgeries.
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
* Delegate and coordinate patient care among nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care.
* Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
* Adhere to all hospital policies, including safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
* Function as Charge Nurse, Medication Nurse, or Emergency Room Nurse as required.
* Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain clinical competence.
* Promote a positive and professional image through effective communication and teamwork.
*Salary and Benefits:*
* Salary- Range depending on years of experience. *$34.50- $60.00 per hour.*
