This position directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination. This position effectively coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services. The RN Staff Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager.
QualificationsJob Requirements:
Graduate of a NLN/AACN accredited program in nursing1-2 years NICU or Special Care Nursery nursing experienceNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross (ARC)Neonatal Nursing certification preferredRegistered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing
