REGISTERED NURSE II – Adult Cardiology Clinic-Pulmonary HypertensionNational Jewish Health is currently seeking a motivated RN to work in our team-oriented pulmonary hypertension clinic. This position is weekdays only Monday - Friday with flexible starting times. One day per week can be worked from home. No weekends, nights, or holidays required. 6 paid holidays are included. You will work with an exciting team of experts in Pulmonary Hypertension including physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.The ideal candidate for this role will display the ability to critically think and be excited about learning about this rare disease. They will work closely with the providers and other RNs to give excellent care to our patients. This includes education about pulmonary hypertension, med titrations, PAH medications, and general cardiac care. Other responsibilities include assessment of patients via telephone in the clinic setting. The Ambulatory Clinic Registered Nurse works in a specialty care clinic and is responsible and accountable for facilitation and management of care coordination across the healthcare continuum. Utilizes the nursing process to work with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe and personalized care.
