Responsibilities West Henderson Hospital is currently under construction and is expected to open in late 2024. When it does it will be the seventh acute care hospital in The Valley Health System. It will be located at the southwest corner of Raiders Parkway and St. Rose Parkway, near the Las Vegas Raiders' headquarters. When the hospital opens it will feature: 150 beds A 37-bay emergency department Surgical suites including heart and hybrid suites. Endoscopy suites Cardiac catheterization labs An electrophysiology lab to treat heart rhythm disorders An interventional radiology/special procedures lab to treat neurological disorders. Qualifications Shift: FULL TIME VARIED Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent. BSN preferred. Experience: One (1) year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course. License/Certification: Current RN license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification (Adult patients). Current PALS certification (Pediatric patients) or current NRP certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department. Other certifications as may be required by facility, specialty or department.
