Unlock your potential at Del Sol Medical Center!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Progressive Care Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN provides pre-operative and post-operative nursing care. The RN serves as an advocate for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS·Applicable to Las Palmas Medical Center and Del Sol Medical Center·All seasonal staff are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period. Regardless of start date, seasonal program/assignment ends on March 31, 2025.·Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.·Four (4) weekend shifts are required each 4 week schedule period.·During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee), if holidays fall during their temporary assignment period.·Seasonal Staff are TEMPORARY status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital. Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for benefits.·Registered Nurses who are in the Seasonal program will have one opportunity to pass the clinical competency evaluation.Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department."REQUIRED LICENSURE AND/OR CERTIFICATION1.RN licensed in State of Texas/Compact.2.
