Restore First Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Wound Care Specialist Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing acute and chronic wounds in collaboration with our mobile wound care team. This position is scheduled to work Monday-Friday – Day Shift. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based wound care interventions and treatments. Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on wound care best practices. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.Adhere to infection control protocols and best practices in wound care management. Requirements: Active Registered Nurse (RN) State License in good standing.Wound Care Certification (WCC) preferred. Previous experience in wound care management is highly desirable. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
