Description:
In addition to RRT1: An individual who demonstrates respiratory clinical skills and knowledge in the management of all types of patients (adult/pediatric).
Strong interpersonal skills are a requirement to provide leadership and support to maintain working relationships with internal and / or external customers.
Constant evaluation and monitoring of services assures quality care to the patient.
This individual may participate in hospital wide committees and respiratory care throughout Baptist Health and effectively communicate with all team members.
Estimated pay range for this position is $28.98 - $37.67 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Certificate of Assistance or GED required.
Basic Life Support.
Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required per department standards.
Minimum Required Experience: 2
