GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Security, Regulatory & Compliance Manager.Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX.Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo.
Key Accountabilities Develops, implements, and manages practices to assure safety and security of the manufacturing facility, staff and its intellectual property.
Improves safety and security prevention program operations and performance and uncovers and addresses underlying issues.
Collects, examines, and analyzes records, policies, operating practices, documentation, and transactions; prepares and presents audit reports.
Conducts routine and ad hoc follow-up from previous auditing activities to ensure corrective actions or other remedies have been sufficiently completed in a timely manner.
Establishes standard practices and policies to ensure company-wide compliance with ATF/DOT regulated operations and the utilization of all commercial vehicles.
Collaborates cross functionally to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, objectives and reporting metrics.
Creates, complies and trains on all company ATF/DOT-related administrative policies and procedures, rules and government regulations.
Develops and maintains an appropriate level of knowledge of the rules and regulations of ATF/DOT, as well as company and industry-wide regulations and standards.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills/KnowledgeBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or combination of education and experience.
5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing, security, and compliance as an auditor, monitor, or investigator.
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, MS Word).
Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and goals.
Good organizational, problem solving, analytical, communication, customer service, written & interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface with personnel across all levels of the business.
