Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Representative to ensure that our clients organization complies and operates in conformity with all internal policies and outside regulatory and legal requirements.
Completing and submitting all federal, state and local regulatory reporting accurately and timely.
Provide support to the business unit on all regulatory matters.
Lead environmental reclamations and coordinate inspections and site visits with internal and external customers (i.e.
governmental agencies.)
Assist with permit applications as needed.
Interact with governmental regulatory agencies.
Assist with maintaining regulatory records and well files.
Interact with external customers and providing support on customer requests (i.e.
customer audits.)
Provide support for maintaining the Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for each field location.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of special regulatory-related projects.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of related experience with regulatory compliance related to downhole wells or water specific oil and gas compliance for filing, reporting, and permitting
Tracking and updating monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports for the RRC (railroad commission)
Experience working with environmental consultants, cross team collaboration
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Colorado, New Mexico and Texas oil and gas permitting, regulations and filings
